The map is dated twice: 1846 at the bottom and 1843 in the title block. It is being sold as a loose map, not mounted, matted nor framed, as seen in the main pic photographed against a dark background. A beautiful map with strong color and nice decorative border that would frame up well! Size: The map image between the neat lines measures approximately 9 by 12 inches (23x30cm) on a 11 by 13 1/2" (28x34cm) page as seen in the main pic. Condition: It is in Very Good condition for its age, blank on reverse. Other than some minor darkening around the edges, it is very clean with strong color, a beautiful map that would frame up very well, see the pics for more on condition.
