Description: 9" Octagonal Salad Serving Bowl Princess Green by HOCKING Glass Company Product Information Width: 9 in Weight: 1 lb 11 oz Pressed/Pat Gls, Depression Glss Made in United States Original Princess pattern depression glass was made by Hocking Glass Company between 1931-1935. One of the ways to tell if a piece is original is that the "beads" at the tips of scroll-work in original pieces have a pebble-like texture; whereas the beads on reproductions are plain without texture. CONDITION: There are some issues with this piece. There are a few fleabite/small chips along rim and one tiny crack at one of the Octagonal points. Please see pictures for greater detail. Overall it does make a nice display piece.
