Description: This program is in outstanding condition with no major flaws. Numerous pictures were taken to assist with the condition and content of the program. The program is for the 1964 season. Based on the content of the program, the last race report was the August 16th event at West Virginia International. The following weekend, the Grand National Series ran three races. On August 21st, they raced at Columbia Speedway, August 22nd at Bowman Gray Stadium, and August 23rd at Roanoke Speedway. Those races were won by David Pearson, Junior Johnson, and Junior Johnson, respectively. The cover of the program features the 1964 World 600 winner, Jim Paschal. During the 600, Fireball Roberts was severely burned in an accident. This issue has an article on Fireball and a two page picture layout. Please review the other racing items I have listed.
