1965 Ford Ranchero

Description: This '65 Ford Ranchero is a great way to have yourself an affordable driver quality Ranchero. Have fun driving it as is or restore it to perfection. The Ranchero had been sitting for a few years and went through a "refresh" to put it back on the road. New brakes at all four corners in addition to new brake lines and a rebuilt steering box. Tanks Inc. new fuel tank and sending unit. The four speed factory shifter was refurbished. New freshly plated front bumper with new bumper brackets and new plated rear bumper. New headlights shine their way through the night. Four new American Racing Torque Thrust "D" mag wheels with gold painted spokes to accent the pure white body color. New 205/65/15 radials front and rear make for a smooth ride. The interior is good for a driver, stock bench seat, it had a padded dash but needs to be replaced. Factory four speed shifter. It has the original factory steering wheel but comes with a new reproduction Falcon 3 spoke steering wheel as seen in the photos. The Ranchero moves down the road with a good running 289 cu. in. small block Ford V8. New aluminum intake and AFB style carburetor, "Falcon" embossed finned aluminum valve covers were installed. New aluminum radiator keeps things cool. New Optima red top battery and voltage regulator assure a quick start. New spark plug wires gets the fire to the plugs. The bed is original and unrestored, not all dented up. The previous owner had put a small hols in the back corner of the bed, maybe for an extra fuel tank, not really sure. And the inside back panel of the tailgate needs to be replaced and one that is much straighter is included. There is some "pimpling" in the left and right lower quarter panels as seen in the last photos. The driver's side floor has been patched. All the glass and windshield are in good condition. Great candidate for a restoration or drive the wheels off of it as it is. Fun little pickup! Clear Arizona title.
