Description: This auction is for a new 8 x 10 inch B&W copy of the First 4 Time Indy 500 Winner AJ Foyt at the Trenton, NJ Speedway for an Indy Car Race in 1968. Foyt won the event by a lap after spinning to avoid the wrecking Mario Andretti and Lloyd Ruby (25). Foyt restarted last and lapped the entire field and won. He's shown here in Victory Lane being interviewed by Promotor Sam Nunis. Now AJ Foyt is the greatest man to this day to ever take the wheel in a Indy type Race Car with 67 Indy Car Victories, 7 Championships, and 4 Indy 500 wins, etc. The only man ever to win the race in a front engine car and rear engine car and he did it twice in each category. Dirt Champ Car wins, Sprint Car wins and Midget wins... And 7 NASCAR wins including the Daytona 500 in the Wood Brothers Mercury #21. Foyt would retire from active competition on May 15, 1993 after traveling at a speed of 221:114 mph during the Indy 500 qualifying weekend.
