Arthur (Dynie) Mansfield (front row left) and Lloyd Larson (front row right) were honored Thursday night for their contributions to baseball by the Old Time Ball Players' association at the Elks club. Mansfield has been the University of Wisconsin baseball coach since 1940 (he will retire next year) while Larson is sports editor of The Milwaukee Sentinel. Looking on are (back row, left to right) ex-major leaguers Harvey Kuenn and Ken Keltner and Bob Quinn, general manager of the Omaha Royals. Larson and Mansfield received plaques.
