This cent is still in the Original Government Packaging (OGP) (i.e. mint cello/plastic). I personally removed this penny from the United States Souvenir Set (since the Mint didn't make mint sets that year) but left it in it's original packaging (cello) to take pictures of it and the others from that set. Take a look at the attached pictures and you can see what this cent weighed with the "cello" still on the coin.
