This copy has been preserved in an archival Mylar bag with an acid-free board since it was received and has been stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. It has NEVER spent a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit. It was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time to be photographed for this listing!! Grading Notes: I try my best to grade strictly, based on Overstreet criteria. Based on those criteria, this copy is in NEAR MINT (9.4) condition - the only thing keeping me from classifying it as NM+ is a tiny production imperfection (it was present on all 20 of the copies I received) along the right edge of the issue (next to the character's breathing tube which is closest to that edge, and able to be seen with close inspection of the photos).It was one of the VERY BEST copies available, selected from all the copies which were delivered to a high-volume Comic Shop on the day they were received - and BEFORE they were put out for customers to handle!! You’ll receive it in an E. Gerber 2 mil archival MYLAR bag with an acid-free board and packed EXTRA protectively. Note that the photos used in this listing are not stock images!
