Description: These Coins I Believe Are Improperly Annealed On The Reverse And Obverse On All But One. I'm Not Positive If These Are Caused During The Minting Process Or The Rolling Process. I've Seen Enough Of These To Know That It's Not From Someone Marking The Coins With Marker,Ink,Paint Or Nail Polish. I Added A Picture Of 3 Half Dollars That Are In Mint State That Have The Same Spot On Each Coin. I Only Kept 3 But There Were Many More. Those Are Not Part Of This Lot,Just To Prove My Point. I Only Kept Some Of The Most Extreme Quarters That I Found. I Believe The Dye Is From The Minting Process Where The Mark Is In The Same Spot. It Could Possibly Be From The Rolling Process Where Colored Dye Is Used In The Wrappers. Not Sure How Each Coin Would Have The Same Mark Unless They Go Through The Machine All Oriented The Same Way Which I Don't Believe Is Likely. Very Good-Fine Condition For Circulated Coins.
