All international shipments are shipped using eBay's international shipping program. Customs/Import Duty Taxes and any additional fees are to be paid for by the buyer. We ship out Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by 7am PST. If a holiday lands on any of these shipping days, item will go out the next shipping day. Sundays we usually start printing shipping labels for the orders to be dropped off the following Monday morning. Term and conditions:1. Refunds and or partial refunds are only issued on misrepresented or damaged items. Damaged items must be returned in original box and packing materials used in order to receive full refund.
