Description: Today I have to offer 23 cake decorating PopTops, Lay-Ons, Bells. These were used on a different kinds of cakes, usually on sheet cake wedding cakes and wedding shower cakes. these are all new an never used. They come in bags and you just take them out and use them on all different size of cakes. The cake is made by you, and all the other decorations are made from you and your icing. These can be put on any size cakes, 8" rounds, 1/4 to full sheet, a cupcake cake, the big 12" cookies, and even tier cakes. I have many kits, pop tops, cupcake picks from the store I worked at, they are all new and I received them when the store I worked at closed. All 23 for one price! Not sure if they are even in the decopac book anymore. Approx. size is 3" high, bottom of the bell is 3" long and the bell is a little over 1" at the bottom.
