Two of the fan holes are custom machined to accommodate the included stainless steel mounting screws....failure to use them will cause the screws to split open the plastic fan housing. Simple installation requires no instructions. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Machined and assembled with pride in the USA. Don't risk cooking the GPU in your very expensive - no longer in production - 3dfx Voodoo 3 2000 AGP or PCI video card. Installing this fan will dramatically reduce the temperature of this *video card even when running the most grueling video games of this era. This listing is for one (1) GPU fan including the pass through 2 pin to 4 pin Molex adapter and two (2) stainless steel sheet metal screws.Total length of the power cable reach from the fan to the 4 pin Molex connector is 18 inches (45.7 cm) if unwrapped.
