To assemble: First tie a string around the middle of the flattened tissue paper pom pom, then open one half and gently peel back each layer of tissue paper. After both halves have been opened and all layers of tissue paper have been peeled back, use your hands to gently fluff and shape the pom pom as you see fit. After the party's over, you can easily disassemble the pom poms and store them for future use.
