Description: VTG Akron, Ohio Public Schools No. 2 pencils, unsharpened, no erasers, NOS Lot 50 My grandmother was a psychologist in the Akron Public School system for many years in the 1950s and 1960s. These unused pencils were in her desk at home. There are 2 packs of a dozen each, still with the cardboard sheath around them. Pencils are 7 inches long. The other 26, of two slightly different layouts and two slightly different colors of green, as shown, are loose. All have been in her desk and thus have scratches and some dings, but are in generally nice unused condition. The last photo shows the biggest scrape on one of the loose pencils. I do not know the manufacturer, but they are made in the USA. They do not have erasers (Teachers and administrators never made mistakes, perhaps? Or maybe such big mistakes that they used a separate eraser?) I will ship as soon as I receive payment.
