The cotton bandoleer is marked with military proof marks. The M1 Garand Clips were in the bandoleers with ammo in them. The ammo was taken off and the clips and bandoleers were sold off as surplus. If you buy now you will get the 6 M1 Garand clips and one cotton bandoleer and 6 carboard inserts like the set pictured. We have 20 sets available. NOTE : I have had a few questions on who made the clips. So I opened a bunch of sets up and laid out the clips, so you see all the various manufactures of these clips. I have seen at least 20 different manufactures. Its a mix of different proof marks on the bottom of the clips. Some date to WW2 some date in the 1950's Korean Era. You get 6 clips Randomly Picked. All are in very good condition.
