6 Volt ford Flat head generator 1950 1951 1952 1953 Nice Rebuild! With Warranty!

Description: I also have this listed exchange for a $100 less in another listing. I rebuild this ford generator, resoldered armature and turned and undercut, bearing, bushing, brushes, and lacquered fields. Than I ran it on the test bench to make sure all was good. I did not install a pully as I figured you have your old one to use, though I can install one if you want for $20, though they are easy enough to change. Some of the generators I do are not far short of a hundered years old but I can make them look pretty good, but if you are working on a show car let me know at the time of sale and with an additional hour or twos work I can make them close to looking new. I have been doing this in my own shop for over fifty years and now I do just vintage ones. I thought I had done this longer than anybody, but there are a few here on ebay that have been doing it just as long. I will give this a life time warranty (my lifetime) no matter what the cause. I am 66 and probably have another 10 years left in me and I can’t imagine anyone wearing it out in that amount of time, if so I will repair it for free less shipping. If this fails because of a problem with the car or pickup I will cover repairing it also , if you cover shipping. And than walk you through repairs on the car via phone. Look at my reviews of over a 1000 with all positive. I will treat you right! Low reserve as I do want it gone after ten days so bid away, does no one any good setting on my shelf! If you put yours back in the box and send it to me I could repair it for a spare, probably fairly cheap.
