Description: The ring is marked and tested as 925 sterling. This large long-ring features Tibetan Turquoise with deep red Ox-blood Coral. It is also adorned with symbols of the 'Treasure Vase'- one of the Ashtamangala or 'eight auspicious signs' of Buddhism. The symbol is often seen in Himalayan art. On the spiritual level the vase is often associated with the possession of super-normal abilities. The special form of the treasure vase seen among the Ashtamangala is a sign of the fulfillment of spiritual and material wishes, and is also an attribute of particular deities who are connected with wealth, such as Kubera and Kangwa Sangpo (Gang-ba-bzang-po), one of the companions of Vaishravana. Condition is very good except for a light crack in one of the coral stones (shown in the photo). The stone's top is smooth, it sits tight in setting with no separation. Measurements: Size US 11.
