Tan Suede Trucker Jacket, Insane Details – This Will Make You Look and Feel Like A Movie Star – Tom Ford, Brunello Cucinelli Aesthetic I’m a massive fan of suede trucker jackets, and the only ones that can compare to TOM FORD are these from Berluti. I was after these for a long time after seeing stars like Timothee Chalamet, Luke Bryan and Sebastian Stan wearing similar Berluti suede jackets on the red carpet (see reference photos). The Chalamet version created quite a stir, created by Haider Ackermann who is now heading TOM FORD designing his first collection there (with Tom’s enthusiastic support!) BERLUTI re-released a similar version in a brown colorway, but this even more rare piece is a stunning light tan – perfectly offset with the black cord contrast collar! A note on BERLUTI quality: my tailor has worked on everything. She worked on a similar piece for me and couldn’t believe BERLUTI quality. We simply shortened the sleeves a touch and she told me inside it had four layers going on. Even more unbelievable, she said where most brands cut corners in places people would never look, Berluti actually went the extra mile and ADDED details no one will ever see! That tells you everything you need to know. These are literal works of art! I'm very tempted to buy it, but am out of room after my girlfriend and her daughter moved in. SIZE / TAILORINGI'm 6 feet, 192 lbs for fit pic reference. I'm typically a comfortable size 50 EU (40 US) and fitted 48 (38 US). My tailor said I’m a natural 21 inch chest, 18 inch shoulder and 25 inch shoulder-to-wrist for fit pic reference. This is a tag size 52, but fits me perfect. See measurements below.
