Description: This antique pottery money bank is a unique piece of Japanese craftsmanship. Made by a Japanese craftsman in Nagasaki between 1900-1940, this antique original is made of pottery with a brown color and slightly metallic color. It features a standing statue of a Shinto god, the Fisherman God. It does not have the plug at the bottom, and has a sticker which states: Obtained in Nagasaki, Japan 1945 by CS (unreadable name) approx. 2 miles from atomic bomb site. It measures about 6.5" tall.
