This authentic antique jacket is made from a linen material with a woven jacquard-like pattern. the pattern on the cloth is in bright purple and blacks swirls. The jacket is lined with a brown cotton fabric. The original boning is still in tact below the bust. There is a structured collar that is not attached to the jacket. The collar and center panel are made from woven silk, in an abstract pattern in brown and purple. it is pleated at the back and along the waist. This jacket is boned and seems to have all of the attached hook and eyes. This antique is in good condition considering its age. It has several issues. The lining has become detached along the collar. there is a small tear in the elbow crease on the sleeve. The silk is shattering at the collar and there are pulls in the thread in that area as well.
