The large three-leaved fold "Deesis" is an example of copper bronze artistic casting of the 19th century, made using casting techniques with the image of the so-called "small Deesis tier". The composition is an image of Jesus Christ (middle fold), the Mother of God (left wing) and John the Baptist (right wing). The half-length images of the Mother of God and John the Baptist are turned to the Savior, praying for the human race and appealing to the mercy of God. Such a composition was extremely popular in the second half of the 19th century; it reminded those praying of the inevitability of the Last Judgment. The middle of the fold contains a half-length image of Jesus with a himation thrown over the left shoulder, the left hand holds an open book, the right hand froze in a blessing two-fingered gesture. The Mother of God on the left wing is dressed in a maforium, in the left hand of the Mother of God is a scroll with a prayer, her right hand is prayerfully extended to Christ. The Prophet John the Baptist, considered the greatest righteous man of the Old Testament, is depicted on the right wing as an Angel of the Desert with wings spread behind his back. With his left hand, John holds a sacred round dish (discos) with the Infant Jesus Christ lying on it. The holy righteous, as it were, opens a new era for mankind - the New Testament. The Forerunner is dressed in a camel skin. John also holds an open scroll with the words from the Gospel: "... behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world ...". The inner surface of each of the wings is covered with a floral pattern, along the outer contour of each leaf there is a wide strip, also decorated with a symmetrical floral pattern. The reverse side of the title sash with a cross, the reverse sides of the other two sashes of the triptych are smooth polished. The large three-leaved fold "Deesis" is an infrequent collector's item (the sixth category of rarity).
