Description: The book is in good condition, especially considering its age. There is some minor wear to the cover just due to age, basic use, or shelf wear. I did want to mention that I purchased these from an estate sale, and they had been in a basement for some time, so they do have a bit of an odor (I believe the prior owner may have smoked too. I'm not 100% whether the odor is smoke or just a "musty" smell from being in the basement for years.). It is nothing horrible, or over-powering (In fact, I have to stick my nose all the way into the pages to smell it). It wouldn't affect me at all in owner or reading the book, but because I know some people are sensitive to that, I did want to mention it (on a side note, there are ways to treat books to reduce or remove odors, I just don't have the time). condition.
