Description: Belgian brushstroke Denison paratrooper smock dated 1956. This is a size 4 48/56. Not exactly sure how that translates but the sizing seems to be a medium/large. These are meant to be worn over a uniform and is larger than usual therefore this should fit a medium/large. This smock is in good wearable condition with plenty of signs of wear and use. It has several period repairs that are in good condition. There is also a small stain in the middle of the back that apparently has been covered with a more modern patch. Zipper, buttons and snaps work and seem to be in great shape.Shoulder seam to shoulder seam-20 inches.Bottom of coat to collar seam-28.5 inches.Sleeve length-24 inches.Chest, armpit to armpit-25 inches.Thanks for looking.
