Description: Carved German Whistler Black Forest Lamp Post Drunk Karl Griesbaum. Karl Griesbaum  Lampost, drunk Whistler. This one is actually in very nice original condition. The mechanism works, but it needs to be serviced and the Bellows need to be recovered. The head moves side to side nicely and you can see the levers for the whistles moving in and out. Just no sound. It appears to have been re-wired more modernly. I don’t have any batteries to test it. It is complete with the back door which doesn’t fit 100% flush but it is the original door.
