Description: This awesome Vintage Japanese teapot cast iron w/ stainless infuser holds 2 cups water, with some water entering the infuser. It holds a bit more, but the water would definitely sit up in the infuser. The under side of the lid is cast with Japan in it, and the teapot itself has Japanese letters under the pour spout on the outside, see photos. Please advise me if you recognize the markings to properly identify the maker on this. All I had to go on was google search and it doesn't translate from the photo. The teapot itself weighs around 2.25 pounds and with the handle in the up position measures approx. 5.5" tall and the actual pot is about 2.5" tall plus a bit for the lid. The widest part from the spout to the bulge part of the pot is approx. 6.5" across. I will combine shipping when you purchase multiple items at the same time.
