NUMBERING - Numbering is available at no extra charge in Black Ink. BINDING - Individual sets, or bound in books of 50 sets with a hard chipboard backing and a wrap-around cover. We offer medium composition on this form at no charge. Excessive composition and complex forms must be approved in advance or we will refund your pruchase. An electronic proof will be sent to your email address for approval within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Any changes in the body of the form may require additional proof time. The first 3 proofs are free. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF PROOFS, PROOF READING AND ERRORS. We will keep your file so reorders will be fast and easy.
