Dietz Boy Scout Skater Oil Lantern, patent dates, 04, 08, 14, original H1 glass

Description: Up for sale is this sweet antique Dietz Boy Scout skater lantern. It stands 8" tall and the handle adds 2" giving it a 10" drop. The patent dates marked around the top are July 20, 04, Nov 19, 08, and Feb 10, 14. The lantern has the original clear H1 globe, but it is chipped along the top, under the lid, see pictures. Overall this lantern is in good antique condition. Most of the items I offer are bought on the secondary market, and therefore I do not know the history behind them. I strive to purchase and sell only quality items and once they are brought onto my space, they are stored in a smoke free environment.
