Burroughs (11/1/1915 to 11/21/2010) Chicago, IL. She is world renowned and her art has been exhibited in the Art Institute of Chicago, Metropolitan Museum of Art, NYC and the National Gallery of Art, Wash. D.C. Dr. Burroughs is the co-founder of the Du Sable Museum of African American History in Chicago, Il. The print is in good to very good condition and has been kept flat to help preserve it in as original condition as possible. Shipping will be done in a professional manner and it too will be flat - not folded or in a roll. Faces 23" x 17.5" signed 1993Please note: I did receive this print directly from the Artist, Dr. Margaret Burroughs. She is known to title the same art work with different names, print on different types of paper, produce it in different sizes, date it using different styles of numeration and very rarely did she ever do it in a limited edition.
