From an old and prominent estate, you are looking at a gently used vintage Daisy No 195 Buzz Barton Special BB gun. Circa late 1920's-early 1930's. Measure 35 inches long and has not been restored. In fair vintage condition, with some signs of wear...typical due to age and handling. There are cosmetic blemishes on the stock that include some tiny dings and light paint splatter...while the barrel, lever and trigger area have some oxidation and rust. There is also an old spot of what appears to be paint on the end of the one side of the barrel. This can all be best noted by examining the photos carefully. I was able to cock the lever with ease multiple times, and the gun appears to function properly. Air came out of the barrel when fired but I have no BB's to load into the gun. Sold as is. He is predominantly known for his roles as a child actor in a number of silent westerns made by the FBO studios during the 1920s. Following the introduction of sound, he mainly played supporting roles.Working for M. G. M. and Universal, Barton made more than 50 feature films. He also made a serial, Wild Horse Barton.In 1933, Barton headed the Buzz Barton Wild West traveling show.
