(Google it, but go to the store... because shipping can be expensive.) 2. Construction paper makes a great mat, and will cost you less than a $1. Just tape the Big Ticket to the OUTSIDE of the construction paper and let the ticket's own white border act as a mat. Heck... the MCS Format 16x20 frame in the jpeg example above comes with a black board backing. No construction paper even needed. Could it BE any easier? And it takes just minutes.. NOTE...
