Description: Enicar Ultrasonic 17 Jewel Swiss Watch Gold Plated Antimagnetic. I purchased this swiss watch at an estate sale. I got pulled in by the Enicar logo, which looks like the planet Saturn, and the model name "ultrasonic," which, when combined, result in a watch that harkens back to the space race. It functions well and there is a very quiet second ticking sound (even without a second hand). The crown moves smoothly and winds easily. One distinctive feature of the watch is its thinness. The case is thin and subtly curves, which makes it sit fairly flush against the wrist. The design of the dial along with the logo gives the watch an art deco design. The watch came with no bracelet and needs a proper cleaning. The gold plating has come off at three of the four lugs and possible at one point along the bezel.
