Description: 1904 Gold Filled Elgin Pocket Watch, Grade 144/G.M. Wheeler, Size 18s, 17 Jewels, Not Working. Balance wheel does not spin freely, crown won't wind. Missing crystal and second hand. Movement with, G.M. Wheeler, 10808003, Safety Pinion, Adjusted, 17 Jewels, Elgin, ILL. Inside back of case with, Warranted, B&B Royal, 20 Years, 3243912. Dial with hairline cracks. Crystal is missing. Lever set and does not work but lever shows a fair amount of rust, lever is at the 5. We do not test items to see how long or how accurate they run. All items we sell have had a previous owner(s). None, and I'll repeat it, none of our watches online are currently serviced unless they state so in the description. To get a watch overhauled (timing etcetera) it costs 3-400+ not including shipping both ways. If an Item that is listed states, "Running", it simply means that when wound or plugged in that it is running, not guaranteed to keep time, just that it started to run.
