They measure about 12 3/4” waist flat across front pulled up even with the back x 11 3/4” hi-rise x 15 3/4” hips flat across front x 27 1/4”inseam x 9 1/2” around skinny jegging leg opening. There is some slight over-stretching in the crotch area (please see pics) but not so noticeable when worn, it doesn’t affect the fit. They are preowned but still have lots of life left!
