The single Our Father is an 8mm smooth round genuine Mother of Pearl. The 1" round bronze medal has a full color image of St Julie Billiert on the front and a textured back. The medal was made in the USA. The 1-1/2" silver-toned crucifix was made in Italy. Her story is full of remarkable escapes and suffering. She was cured of her paralysis miraculously after praying a novena to the Sacred Heart. She received a vision of nuns surrounding a cross, wearing an unfamiliar habit, and this led to her founding of the Sisters of Notre Dame. There's much more to the story of this courageous woman who has much to offer to the women of today. The prayer cards which come with our rosaries, medals and pictures are home-made, created using a "greeting card" program on a computer and printed in full color on nice quality paper. Although they are not like the usual smaller professionally printed prayer cards, most of ourcustomers prefer them since they are like a pamphlet with 4 "pages" and several images, prayers, patronages and often other information about the saint or Catholic devotion.
