Shipping lists listed the toy as "Mech-Tech Cheetor", but that name never made it to the packaging.In Japan, this toy was released as a JafCon convention exclusive, under the name of "Metals Cheetus Silver", along with the "Fox Kids" versions of Transmetal Airazor and Transmetal Rattrap.
