The sterling is not polished and is left to the buyer’s discretion whether to polish or left in patinated condition. There are no stones missing or damaged. The pendant is signed HH Sterling. I believe it is from the 1970’s. The Sterling chain is marked Italy 925 and the RM mark for the designer.
