Description: The dai/body was lapped flat and waxed twice. The chip breaker was corrected for the proper fit to the blade. Its back was lapped flat and the bevel was redone to the traditional 60/20 angles. The blade back was lapped flat to 6000 grit. Its bevel was corrected and also sharpened to 6000 grit. The blade and chip breaker were coated with traditional Japanese camellia oil to prevent rust. I tested it and it leaves a nice 90 angle. Note: do not try to take big cuts as it will jam.
