My guess is it’s polyester. Not very thick but not thin either. Great for fall/ beginning of winter as well as spring. No care instructions tag. Best to wash by hand or with delicates. Air dry. There’s little fuzzies in a few different places including on inside seams. They can be removed. There’s some fly away strings as well. Showed examples in last photos. Those can also be pulled out.
