King & Country Silk Road, SR002A2 mounted archer & SR002A mounted lancer

Description: This auction is for a group of 2 solid metal, hand painted mounted Oriental warriors. There is a mounted archer (maybe SR002A2, that's what written in ink on the underside of the horse base, but it might not be his horse), and an SR002A mounted lancer. The lancer is missing one arm, his lance, a lot of paint loss to the rim of his helmet and the pad on his left hip, his sword hilt is bent back. The archer is missing paint to his bow, and I think the horns on his helmet are bent back. His horse has really bent legs with paint loss and the The other horse is missing paint to mane, legs, saddle. horse is a little loose on the base. Horses have paint wear such as to legs, manes, ears, and saddles. They were made by the King & Country Company as part of their Silk Road Collection. On the underside of the base of each figure is cast in: King & Country Silk Rd Collection." Sitting in the saddle the figures are just under 3.75" tall to the top of their head. A former owner added the model number to each figure in black ink on the underside of the base. Sorry, no boxes for these ones. I believe these were made around 2000. They came in a large collection of The East of India Company, King & Country, Niena, and other figures. The seller loosely grouped them into large lots by type, but they got a lot wrong. I ended up with lots of boxes that are not for the figures I received, and a lot of missing spears, flags, etc. None of the riders were with their horses, but I found most of the K&C figures online and I think I was successful and matching up riders/horse. I use First Class (up to 16 oz) and Priority mail. Books ship media mail. I only charge actual postage - no added fees. I use lots of bubble wrap, peanuts, and good boxes. In a group of multiple pieces each item is wrapped individually. Original boxes or other original paper item go into a plastic bag in case you get delivery on a rainy day.
