Description: This is being sold as a estate sale from my dads house as he recently passed away. I can attest to the quality and condition of this couch and in all honesty, I would be surprised if anyone sat on this thing more than 100 times in it's entire lifetime. The sofa / sectional was bought quite some time ago, but it's still in mint condition, it full reclines and there's also the corner unit as well that I'm willing to sell separately or hopefully together with it. The cushions and couch have near factory condition bounce to them, and there are 0 defects on the set. Parts of these set's alone go for comparably $1,888 just for 2-3 seats.
