On offer is an authentic, handsome vintage NAVAJO hand wrought sterling silver ring adorned with a gem quality natural hand-cut and polished southwestern desert blue natural shaped cabochon turquoise stone. The large dramatic stone is from the MORENCI mine region of Arizona. This ring is hallmarked STERLING and CHIMNEY BUTTE for the artist maker. We believe the ring was created circa 1980. It fits size 10.25. This classic sterling silver and MORENCI turquoise ring was skillfully crafted with attention to detail in the NAVAJO tradition and is in very good vintage condition (please see ALL photos for an accurate detailed depiction). The natural hand-cut and polished natural shaped southwestern desert sky blue turquoise cabochon stone is in very good condition with no significant chips or cracks and is securely set in a plain silver bezel surrounded by silver rope. The beautiful stone measures approx. 7/8" long x 5/8" wide. Overall, the ring plaque measures approx. 1" long x 13/16" wide. The band is approx. 1/8+" wide. This NAVAJO CHIMNEY BUTTE ring will fit approx. size 10.25. It weighs 9.9 grams - .320 ounce.
