Late 1800's Etched Crystal Vase in Black Forest Carving Tripod Antique Rare! VGC

Description: Black Forest Carved Tripod Epergne with Etched Crystal Vase Insert. Really special and unusual form for a cut crystal vase. Probably Swiss or German. Supported by hand-carved Black Forest tripod stand. Leaf motif. I estimate this is late 1800’s. Very high quality hand-etching on glass. Only observed condition issue is one wood ding on foot. Glass vase is in mint condition. Condition: Very good giftable condition. Only mentionable issue: wood ding on bottom side of one wood leg, as shown in last photo. Glass is in excellent condition - No chips, flakes, breaks, mends, repairs, cracks, hairlines, blemishes, or mentionable boo-boo's. No sickness or white residue. Don't feel anything amiss when I run finger around edges. On wood, no dings, gauges or breaks other than previously mentioned. Dimensions: Wood stand 8.5” Tall x 5.5” wide x 5.5” deep. Glass insert has top diameter of 4-3/8” and is 7.75” tall. Cylinder body has 2-3/8” diameter. Together, total height is 10.5” Tall. Unpacked weight: 13 oz.
