Description: Used. good condition, see photos. Framed size 36X30” Image size 22X28” Liliana Frasca (Born 1932) is active/lives in California / Argentina. Liliana Frasca is known for Landscape and seascape painting. Born to a family of artists, her innate artistic talents were nurtured from an extremely young age. Growing up amidst her family's richly creative environment, Frasca was particularly influenced by her Uncle Ernesto Altini, an artist and restorer at the Museo de Bellas Artes in Buenos Aires as well as at New York's Metropolitan Museum. It was clear even when Frasca was but a small child that she was destined for a career in the fine arts. The year 1961 marked Frasca's emigration to Europe where, after settling, she painted in earnest and thus continued to develop her technique in oils. In 1966, she and her family relocated to Southern California. Frasca continued to paint while teaching French language courses at the International School of Languages in Beverly Hills. Soon, however, her driving need to paint full-time and the public's demand for her art led her to devote herself exclusively to painting.
