Description: Lion Head Door Knocker Architectural Salvage Bronze Brass Boston, MASS Antique UNIQUE Great working condition with nice patina Measures approx. 6.25"H x 6"W and weighs 3lbs 5oz. Very heavy and well made. Back has E. Boston MASS and some other stuff etched into it by the maker. Can't quite make it all out. Was salvaged by a former military diver in the Boston, MA. area. Most of what I have found in this estate was nautical and/or military in nature. Non-magnetic so likely bronze or brass. Not sure if the hinge screw is original, but it's getting the job done.
