Description: Lot of 2Vintage WWII Era Patriotic Cachet Envelopes A pair of vintage WWII era envelopes with patriotic cachet graphics. One is a Navy theme with Uncle Sam steering the ship. The other features an eagle, stars, and short verse. SIZE: The envelopes measure 6 1/2" by 3 5/8"CONDITION: Good vintage condition, although they do show wear from age and some handling. Both envelopes were unused and have no writing, no tears, no holes. They do have yellowing and discoloration from age, plus the back of the Uncle Sam envelope has discoloration at the glue lines. Both envelopes have some surface impressions and light wrinkles from handling...including a diagonal crease to the upper right of the Uncle Sam envelope. The envelopes will be placed in a sleeve and mailed in a semi-rigid envelope mailer via eBay Standard Envelope. Tracking for this service is different than standard tracking - it is only scanned at postal distribution centers. When an item is marked "Out for Delivery/Delivered" this just means it has reached your local sorting station and can still take up to 3 days to be delivered.
