Description: For sale is a Speedy 25 custom painted with a unique leopard print design which you won’t find anywhere else at the moment. The idea was to incorporate heart shapes into a leopard print. The bag has a date code of MI0940, which would be from April 1990 in France. I had the bag authenticated to be certain it is genuine. I can send a message to a potential buyer who would like to see proof it was authenticated. The handles and other leather parts were painted with Angelus leather paint in the “Vachetta” color, and sealed with a urethane sealer for the best durability. The finish should last a long time, but if it does need to be touched up it is fairly easy to make it look new again. The original leather handles had their own issue with wear and became so dark that different methods to restore the leather color would not help. The bag looks fresh with its new paint job, but there is still some wear from age. The front tag that says “Louis Vuitton” has a crack going down it, along with some cracks on the opposite side tab and the zipper pull tab. One of the bottom edges of the leather piping is worn and was painted over. These things can be seen in the photos. The bag looks clean on the inside, and there aren’t any unusual smells.
