Description: Maria is one in a series of dolls based on the art work of Mary Engelbreit. This doll was produced by The Good Company, a division of Applause. I cannot find a date on the box, but I know it was early in Mary Engelbreit's career. I am the original owner of this doll, having bought her new in a gift shop. I may have displayed her for a short time. I am not sure. She has been stored in her box for many years. Maria is porcelain. She is about 8 inches tall. She comes dressed as shown in her original outfit and box. Her wrist tag is included. Maria comes from a smoke free home and has no unpleasant odors that I can detect.
