Description: MEN of HONOR 60th Anniversary Pearl Harbor NAVY Radio Operator This has been in my collection since purchased new. It has never been opened and contents are complete and in mint condition. I have displayed it with the honorary burial flag ( not included of coarse) of a relative that served in WWII. He was stationed in Pearl Harbor but sent to the Philippines in the spring of 1941. He was serving on one of the PT boats that evacuated McArthur and his family from Corregidor. Awarded the silver star and returned to the Philippines in 1944 to "help finish the job" but never returned to Kansas. Interesting story that you can google. His name was Frank Noel and is listed as a crewman. As a Navy Vietnam era vet myself I want this unique and rare figure to go to a deserving home and hopefully displayed in a place of honor for many years to come. Part of the money I receive for this figure will go to Tunnels to Towers to help disabled vets.
