This polish contains a large multicolor mix of metallic color solvent resistant glitters in all in a clear suspension base. This topcoat really pops when applied over a solid crème color polish like black.All pictures were taken with 1 generous layer (also achieved with 2 regular layers) of the Party All the Time topcoat over various colored nail polishes and topped off with a layer of Seche Vite (a thick glitter topcoat is recommended to make it smooth out). Pictures were taken indoors in natural light. The color nail polishes are not part of this listing. They were used only to show the effects of the Party All the Time topcoat.
