Game is in very good condition and has been verified as complete except for 1 white house (likely won't impact game play - has 31 out of 32). Original instructions are included as are all 6 unique game tokens. All title deeds and cards are in very good shape. Box has a little wear including a nick to the box top but overall box is in good shape. Both plastic storage trays/box inserts are also included. This is the square box (instead of rectangular) version of Monopoly: Elvis Presley 25th Anniversary.
